We recently attended a seminar put on by Lutron, who is one of the largest suppliers of lighting controls in the US and the world. At least in our area, (Denver, Evergreen, CO.) architects & engineers have nothing new on the books. People are hesitant to look at moving up in housing due to the finance requirements, and are doing remodeling projects to update or make their house more comfortable.
